Mr. David has a flair for public administration and had been involved in the last decade in the promotion of investments in Nigeria and across Africa as a catalyst for regional economic development working as investment cities and development advocate.
He has successfully be part of 6 organized major International Conferences in London-UK, Dublin-Ireland, Abuja-Nigeria, Paris-France, Songdo-South Korea, Istanbul-Turkey in July 2004, Nov/ Dec. 2004, May 2015, Nov.2016, May 2017, March 2018 in addition to capacity building programs and high level meetings most recent is the one held in the UK House of Lords 19th April 2016 respectively, bringing together African Ambassadors, High Commissioners in the West, African Development Organizations, Policy makers and civil society to build collaborations, partnerships, networks and establish a framework of mutual cooperation for Africa Development and drew attention to the Africa Debt Burden and infrastructure funding/investments amongst other issues.
Member of Led NGO’s in West Africa to Flag Off successful signature campaign for debt amnesty for Nigeria and other member states at ECOWAS Heads of State summit in January, 2005.
Member of organizing committee on African Ambassadors interactive forum since 2004 - Public Policy Forum that affords African Ambassadors a platform for the Cross Fertilization of ideas, and exploration of frameworks in tackling problems that are peculiarly African and therefore require creative African solutions.
Member of organizing committee on the lunch of the African Third Sector Roundtable in collaboration with Christian Aid U.K. in June 2005 resulting in the “training the Trainers Conference” for some NGO Leaders in Africa.
Contributed in workshops on prison reforms and accident victims support programmes.
Mr. David had served as Head of Secretariat of the African Union ECOSOCC, 2014 to 2019, Led Consultant to the African Union Economic, Social and Cultural Council (AU-ECOSOCC) 2020 till date, President/Founder African Smart Cities Innovation Foundation (ASCIF) with aims and objectives of providing an affordable/Accessible accommodation for the communities/cities, complementing government efforts in creating ideal living and working environment for its citizens across Africa.
Born June 27 1975 in Kafanchan Kaduna State, Mr David attended LEA Gin Primary School, Kafanchan, Government Secondary School Karu and University of Abuja respectively. He holds first degree in Public Administration and second degree in B.Sc Economics, participated in several international conferences, seminars and workshops within and outside Africa continent.
